The Arcadia PTO reimburses teachers and some staff member positions up to $200 (as of August 2021) for school related expenses. We know it's a sad reality that many teachers and staff feel they must dip into their own pockets to pay for items they need in their classrooms or to perform their jobs, and we hope we can lessen that burden. PTO membership and fundraising helps to support this critical way to support our AHS teachers & staff.
The PTO also takes into consideration funding requests outside of the $200 allowance from teachers, after the proposal has been approved by the AHS Principal. Larger expensed items for classrooms, departments, conferences, etc are something that we encourage staff members to bring the PTO.
