Are you new to Arcadia High School? Every year is a little different, but we've tried to compile a list of the most common questions that parents have when they are new to AHS. If you find that any of our answers to these questions are INCORRECT, please let us know ASAP so we can correct it. Thank you :)
Is there a supply list? What does my student need for the first day of school?
No, there is not a supply list for AHS as of Fall 2017. Teachers each create their own supply list to be handed out during the first week, depending on their class. Some teachers want their own binder, some don't. Be prepared to shop the first week of school! Most teachers give 1 week for students to acquire their supplies.
To be prepared we recommend this generic list for the first week of school.
Where & When can I buy an AHS tshirt?
Thank you for your excitement! Spiritwear is sold in the following ways:
Where do students eat lunch?
There are not any "official" places, but the students have created their own grade level spaces over the years.
Where do students buy lunch?
There are 3 places to buy lunch
How to I add money to my child's ID?
I need to take the bus, where is it?
DROPOFF / PICKUP
What school entrance should I use?
I need to pick up my child early from school or excuse my late student
EXTRACURRICULAR (Athletics, Groups)
When do sports,etc begin?
When are tryouts?
