Partners For Prevention
Founded on the understanding that parents and the community need to work together to provide a safer environment for our children and teens and to encourage them to make healthy and safe choices. PFP is designed to:

  • connect parents by creating opportunities for communication among parents;
  • educate parents by sharing sources of information and resources about alcohol and drug use and other potentially destructive behaviors; and
  • support families that are affected by drug and alcohol use and other destructive behaviors.

Scottsdale Prevention Institute - (SPI)

SPI works to prevent underage drinking, the use of illegal substances and tobacco, and unacceptable behavior by children and families, through educational programs and crisis support in schools, communities and the workplace.  SPI is the recipient of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce Sterling Award for non-profit organizations “In Recognition of Excellence, Innovation and Community Leadership.”
